The Sewell House
The Sewell House has 3-bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds downstairs and 1 bedroom with two twin beds upstairs. 2 bathrooms downstairs. The cabin is fully furnished with linens, dishes and cable television. The house is located three miles north of the campground with private trail access. There is a $25 cabin cleaning fee.
Scott House rental does not include stalls. The nearby barn features 6 stalls available for rent. Stalls rent for $20 per day, per horse. Included in that cost is a bag of shavings. More shavings are available for purchase and are delivered to your stall, at your request. There is an additional $5 fee per stall as a cleaning fee. We clean the stalls when you leave so you don’t have to! An electric fenced paddock is also available to rent. The paddocks are available for $15 per day, per horse.

Rates do not include tax. All cabins are non-smoking, have a $20 pet fee and a refundable damage deposit.
Discounts & Deposits
Express Check-In Discount
Submit your current coggins paperwork, signed East Fork Stables waiver and pay in full at least 14 days prior to your arrival to get 10% off your site or cabin. Deposits required on all reservations. Customer appreciation months are June, July & August. During these months receive 25% off your campsite or cabin, if your coggins & waivers are updated with us & your balance is paid in full 14 days prior to arrival.
Deposits
Deposits required on all reservations. We accept all major credit cards and checks (must be received within 14 days of making a reservation). We will gladly transfer dates with 14 day’s notice before arrival. Cancellation notice is required 14 days prior to arrival for a full deposit refund for all reservations. "No Shows" without notification will result in forfeiture of your total deposit. Prices subject to change without notice.
